Westlake · Palm Beach County

Office vending in Westlake, FL, a young city still filling in its business district.

Westlake became Palm Beach County's 39th municipality in June 2016, built on Minto's master-planned community off Seminole Pratt Whitney Road. Its commercial land is filling in now, and new workplaces will need break rooms.

Planning ahead

Why talk to us before you open.

In a new building, the break room layout is decided early. Telling us your move-in date means we can plan the outlet and cooler placement before the drywall is finished. We install when your team is actually working on site, not before.

Westlake is far west in the county, so send your exact address and we will check that it falls inside our service area.

Westlake FAQ

Common questions.

Westlake is still being built. Is it too early?

For a site that is still a construction lot, yes. For a business that has moved in and has a full team, no. If you are planning a move, tell us your opening date and expected headcount, and we can plan the cooler around it.

Do flex and industrial buildings qualify?

Yes, when the building holds 60-plus workers. Flex buildings often hold an office and a warehouse crew under one roof, and both use the break room.

What about the big stores coming to Town Center West?

Large stores have their own break rooms and corporate rules. Their staff areas could fit if the company allows outside vendors. We would ask once they open.

What does it cost?

Nothing to install, stock or service.

Who works here today

Westlake right now.

Most of Westlake's residents commute east, so the workday crowd in town is still small. The first big break rooms will likely be in the flex and office buildings at Westlake Landings and the big stores at Town Center West. If you are leasing space there, tell us the size of your team and when you expect to be fully staffed. We would rather install when people are on site than early, when the cooler would sit unused.
