What's wrong with the break room

Common break-room problems in Plantation.

Plantation's offices fall into three groups: the Midtown business district, the campus-style buildings off Pine Island Road near I-595 and Florida's Turnpike, and Plantation Technology Park on the curve of Sunrise Boulevard. Each one has its own breakroom problem.

Midtown has restaurants, but lunch still takes time.Midtown is the city's designated Town Center, with shops and restaurants close by. That still means leaving the building for lunch. A cooler down the hall saves the trip.
Pine Island Road campuses are mostly parking lot.Larger suburban office campuses are built around cars. Leaving for food means crossing a garage, merging onto Pine Island or Broward Boulevard, and coming back. Some people just skip lunch.
Some Tech Park buildings have one old snack machine.Plantation Technology Park mixes offices with light industrial and tech businesses. Some buildings may still have an old snack machine. If yours does, we'll swap it free.
Older machines take only coins. Our coolers take card or phone tap. Open the door, grab, and you're charged automatically.
Older machines go unstocked between visits. We restock on a set route and adjust the mix to what your team actually buys.

Plantation, district by district

Three office areas, three setups.

Midtown Plantation

The city's designated Town Center grew out of a suburban business complex along University Drive into a mixed-use district with offices over shops and restaurants. Suites here are often mid-sized, so one cooler in a shared pantry can serve a whole floor.

Pine Island Road and I-595

South of Broward Boulevard, campus-style Class A buildings sit near the I-595 and Turnpike interchanges, close to Westfield Broward Mall and The Fountains. Big floor plates and garages mean longer walks to the car. We help pick a spot that's easy for everyone to reach.

Plantation Technology Park

In the northeast corner of the city on the curve of Sunrise Boulevard, the Tech Park is zoned for everything from commercial offices to light industrial and technology firms. Mixed schedules there favor a cooler that never closes.
