About the city
The Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance describes West Park as mostly residential, with some business, commercial and industrial parcels, and lists employers such as Home Depot and Bravo Supermarket. That is a short list, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
What makes West Park worth a page is the corridor plan. As State Road 7 adds mixed-use and office space, new tenants will need break rooms. If you are moving a team into one of those buildings, contact us before move-in and the cooler can be part of the plan.
