Mostly on US Highway 1. The village's C-MU US-1 mixed-use zoning district allows general offices along with retail, lodging and mixed use, and that is where most professional and medical offices are.
The roughly 13-acre site at US-1 and Northlake Boulevard is planned as Village Place, a mixed-use project. As of August 2026, local reporting said it was held up by a lawsuit. We will talk to tenants there once there are tenants.

Village Hall is at 501 US Highway 1, and the village owns the North Palm Beach Country Club at 951 US Highway 1. Public facilities are the village's decision. We would talk with staff.

First: is there one break room the whole building shares, or does each suite have its own kitchenette? A shared room is better. Second: who controls that room, the tenants or the building owner? Third: on a normal weekday, roughly how many people pass through it? Answer those on the form and we can usually tell you within a day whether your building qualifies.
