Fit and setup

What we need from a Lake Park business.

Our rule of thumb is 60 or more people at one site. In Lake Park that usually means an industrial or flex tenant, or a larger employer on 10th Street, more than a small shop on Park Avenue. If you are not sure, ask. We will tell you honestly.

Space-wise, plan on a fridge-sized footprint near a plug. Your team taps a card or phone, opens the door, and grabs a sandwich, a snack plate, a shake, jerky, chips, candy or a cold drink.

For the industrial district

Lake Park's warehouse and flex tenants.

Most of the town's larger crews work in its industrial district, where lunch options nearby are limited. A cooler stocked with sandwiches, jerky and energy drinks means a crew can eat on site and stay on schedule. Tenants in multi-unit buildings sometimes share a break space. If yours does, give us the total count across the units. For newer businesses on 10th Street, tell us when you expect your headcount to reach roughly 60.

Park Avenue offices

The downtown side of town.

Park Avenue has the town's small downtown, with shops, restaurants and a handful of offices. Most of those offices are too small for a cooler of their own, and with restaurants right outside, staff have options. The better fit in Lake Park is further from Park Avenue: the shops, contractors and distributors where crews start early and lunch is short. If you run one of those businesses, the form asks for everything we need: address, rough headcount, and the person who handles the building.
