Palm Beach County Park Airport, known as LNA, is a county-run general-aviation reliever airport in Lantana. The county lists one fixed-base operator, several flight schools, aircraft maintenance shops and a propeller shop on the field. Off the airport, Dixie Highway and Lantana Road carry the town's offices and service businesses, with light industrial space toward I-95. Town Hall is at 500 Greynolds Circle.

The town's 2023 master plan puts Ocean Avenue, parking, and walking and biking improvements first, and calls for more mixed use. Redevelopment there has been slow. Maintenance shops often have a crew room off the hangar floor, which is the right spot: clean, near an outlet, and out of the way of aircraft. If you run a flight school, think about how many instructors, dispatchers and maintenance staff work there on a typical day. Students coming in for lessons can add some sales, but the staff count is what tells us whether the site qualifies.
