Where are Lake Worth Beach's offices?
The city's main commercial focus is its downtown, along the Lake Avenue and Lucerne Avenue corridors and Dixie Highway, inside the historic Old Town district. The city's CRA redevelopment plan covers Dixie Highway and what it calls the surrounding gateways, using incentives and public improvements to attract private investment and mixed-use development.
We are in a small downtown suite. Is that big enough?
Maybe not. Downtown buildings are often small, and a cooler needs enough people to stay busy. Tell us the building and headcount and we will say honestly whether it makes sense, or whether a shared setup would be better.
What about the area around Palm Beach State College?
Palm Beach State College's Lake Worth campus is at 4200 Congress Avenue, west of downtown, which puts it on a different road from the downtown offices. It also has an Innovation Lab. We serve offices rather than classrooms, so business and administrative offices nearby are the kind of space to ask about.
Is Lake Worth Road a commercial corridor?
West of Congress Avenue, toward Military Trail, Palm Beach County's planning documents treat Lake Worth Road as a commercial corridor under the county's Revitalization and Redevelopment Overlay, with incentives for infill and redevelopment. The Lake Worth Beach Tri-Rail station is at 1703 Lake Worth Road.
Is downtown still changing?
Yes. The city held a downtown priorities workshop in October 2024, and the CRA plan calls for redevelopment along Lake Avenue, Lucerne Avenue and Dixie Highway. If your building is affected by construction, we work around your property manager's schedule.
We are just outside the city limits, near Lantana. Do you cover that?
Send the address through the form and we will confirm coverage.
How many people do we need?
We look for about 60 people on site on a normal weekday, and more is better. Smaller offices can ask.
What about the Park of Commerce?
The city annexed about 74 acres of the Park of Commerce in December 2004 to bring more jobs inside city limits. Its industrial park of commerce zoning allows offices alongside light manufacturing. A building with a front office and a floor behind it can ask, and we count everyone who uses the break room.
Who can help my company find space in the city?
The Lake Worth Beach CRA has an office on Lucerne Avenue, and the city runs an economic investment incentive program. Both are worth a call if you are moving. If you move, tell us the new address, and we will look at the new building as well as the old one.
