Mostly along two north-south roads. The town's market study looks at the Davie Road corridor from I-595 to Griffin Road, where retail, service and office space mix with sites available for redevelopment, and the University Drive corridor has retail and office parks. Between the two, the town has a Regional Activity Center of roughly 2,200 acres that includes the South Florida Education Center.
It is a large part of the area. The Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance lists Nova Southeastern University among the region's largest private employers, and its main campus is in Davie. Not much. University Park of Commerce, on Nova Drive, is a light-industrial and business park, and a cooler fits in the break room of that kind of building just as it does in an office suite.
A 182,000-square-foot logistics development called The Park at Davie was announced in 2024 for a site just south of State Road 84 between University Drive and Davie Road. If your company is moving into new logistics space there, we can look at it once your team is working in it.
