Waterfront and highway
With most of the city's land taken up by homes and canals, offices cluster on the strip of Federal Highway between the Hillsboro Inlet area and Sample Road, and on a few side streets such as NE 52nd Street. That puts most of them a short drive from Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach restaurants, but a lunch run on US-1 at midday is slow. A medical building with several practices, or a firm with its own floor, can keep staff on site instead. Talk to whoever manages your building first. They decide what goes in shared space.
